Chris Armstrong - Chief Executive Officer

An economist by training and ex-PwC Senior Managing Director, Mr. Armstrong brings 30 years of experience leading and growing multi-national, billion-dollar, mid-market and start up technology focused manufacturing companies across multiple industries including the Aerospace and Defense sectors.

Michael Solka - Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Solka holds an MBA from The Wharton School, a BSEE from The University of Texas, and over 85 US and international patents. A career in semiconductor design, he previously held senior positions at Synopsys, The Silicon Group, ROSS Technology and Motorola Semiconductor. Mr. Solka guides the development of the HyperX Midnight processor in addition to controlling all administrative functions.

Michael Doerr - Chief Technology Officer

As the inventor of the HyperX processor architecture, Mr. Doerr charts the technology future of the company and works with customers to craft solutions to best leverage HyperX technology.  Previously Mr. Doerr was Managing Director of SoC Products Division of Systems & Processes Engineering Corporation. Michael holds a BSEE from The University of Texas and over 190 US and international patents.

Paul Ragland - Chief Revenue Officer

Mr. Ragland is a senior executive with extensive experience in cybersecurity, media technology, and strategic business operations. With a focus on business development, risk management, and market expansion, he has played a key role in securing high-value contracts, managing cross-functional teams, and leading technology-driven initiatives. Throughout his career, Paul has held leadership positions at DayPort, Mirror Image Internet, Nine Systems Corporation,  and Iredeto. He was also President and Co-Founder of Skytask. His expertise has contributed to the successful growth and security of multiple organizations.

Michael Purnell - EVP Engineering

Responsible for all engineering activities, which include chip design, application software and software tool development.  Previously at Tera Systems, Stage2 Innovations and Mentor Graphics, Mr. Purnell holds an MS in Computer Information and Control Engineering from the University of Michigan, a BSEE from The State University of New York, and over 20 US and international patents.
